Charleston Auctions Surplus Asset Management (SAM) System is an online tool which allows companies to improve the management of their fixed assets.

The SAM System was designed to support enterprise organizations with 3 or more facilities with their day to day fixed asset management tasks.  The system encourages proper redeployment of assets, identifies assets as “surplus” to the organization and seamlessly transitions these “surplus” assets to our external marketplace for sale to the public. 

The SAM System has SOX-compliant real time reporting features, allowing for fully customizable data exportable into Microsoft Excel.  Since this system is web based, data can be access 24 hours a day/7 days a week from any computer with an internet connection, regardless of locale.

The SAM System has built-in appraisal and valuation functionality allowing for one-click appraisal requests, resulting in an International Valuation Standards based equipment appraisal.
